Our incredible product just got better, with live translation embedded across the platform. The ability to automatically translate your entire event experience and caption live content into multiple languages will allow event organisers to create accessible, inclusive and international events with ease. For example, delegates can ask questions through the Q&A function in their native language, and these will automatically be translated to the presenter’s native language for them to answer.

Delegates absolutely love this new feature, which was launched during the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions’ event in August 2021, delivering a seamless event to thousands of delegates in a variety of languages around the world.

The Delegate Connect platform takes all of your content and automatically translates it into all other languages enabled for your event. If you are entering text in French, but publishing it in several languages, the content will automatically translate to all other languages.

Once configured all of your content will be translated and updated in real time. We support over 16 languages including French, Chinese, Arabic, Spanish, & Russian, and we are adding new languages all the time.

Delegates can instantly translate the entire event platform via the language switcher. All elements of the platform, from the navigation menu to email notifications, are all automatically translated into the delegate's chosen language.
