About the role:

The Head of Marketing will lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to deliver on key objectives across brand design, marketing, public relations, digital and social media initiatives. Day to day, you will be:

  • Contributing to the overall achievement and expansion of DC’s domestic and International growth.
  • Developing/implementing strategies to enhance and protect brand profile.
  • Leading the team in researching and analysing consumer needs to identify marketing opportunities.
  • Gathering customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  • Identifying effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimise accordingly.
  • Developing the marketing activity calendar – consumer, trade and media (including promotional, brand, public relations and digital).
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Presenting ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

About you:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a digital marketing OR related discipline
  • Previous experience in a senior marketing management/leadership role
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Demonstrated experience conducting business across multiple projects, portfolios and strategies  
  • Business acumen, planning and sales analysis skills  
  • Proven strategic, analytical and creative abilities  
  • High level communication and presentation skills  
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and convert strategy to execution
