Ramps are located at the Constitution Avenue and Glebe Park entrances to the Centre.

Hearing loops have been installed in the Centre’s Theatres, Royal Theatre, Level One Gallery Rooms and Ballroom.

All event rooms, including all 5 theatres, accommodate wheelchairs.

A passenger lift provides access to both levels of the Centre, and to the top level of the car park.

Easy-access bathrooms and baby change stations are available on both levels.

Wheelchair access is available to all public areas.

Getting to the National Convention Centre Canberra

Air Travel

NCCC is a 10 minute drive from Canberra Airport, which has flights to over 180 global destinations, meaning that no matter where delegates are in the world they will have easy access to the National Convention Centre Canberra

For guests flying from within Australia, taking a Qantas or Virgin Australia flight will get you here. Canberra is less than an hour from Sydney and just over an hour from Melbourne. Flights take off daily to and from Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth.

Train Travel

The light rail station on Alinga Street is close by the NCCC, only a less than 15 minute walk away. Canberra Railway Station is a little further afoot, though still less than ten minutes from the Centre by car or taxi.

Local Travel

The NCCC is a 3.5 hour drive from Sydney along the Federal Highway.

Underground car parking facilities are available at the NCCC with entrance via Constitution Avenue, offering convenient and secure underground car parking available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are 480 parking spots available with internal lift access from the top level.
