Wheelchair accessibility—155 disabled parking bays available on-site across ExCeL’s car parks. All public entrances allow for wheelchair access, and all reception counters, bars, and self-service equipment such as cash points and telephones are located at accessible levels for wheelchair users. Lifts are available and are fully accessible, with lift control panels at a height that can be easily reached by wheelchair users, and all lifts including a visual indication of the floor reached and an intercom facility activated by an alarm button. All stairs and ramps have handrails. ExCeL London is able to provide scooters and wheelchairs for those in need, free of charge. 40 disabled toilets available, with accessible changing facilities. Guide and assistance dogs are welcome. |

Getting To The ExCeL London

ExCeL London is extremely close to a number of international airports, including the London City Airport, which is just a 19-minute walk away. |

Train Travel |
ExCeL London is 30-40 minutes by rail from most major train stations in London, including London Euston, King’s Cross or St. Pancras, and Victoria Station. The Docklands Light Railway (DLR) has two stations, Custom House and Prince Regent, very close to ExCeL London, and both are a 10 minute or less walk to the entrance of the venue. |

Travel by Car |
Access to the area by car is best via the M11, the North Circular (A406) or the A13. From there, simply follow signs for the Royal Docks, London City Airport, and the ExCeL London. |

Local Travel |
The easiest access is using the London underground via Canning Town. Head for Prince Regent light rail station which is just an 8-10 minute walk from the venue. Buses are available in the area via Canning Town Station. The 147 or the 241 bus to Custom House Station will get you to Leslie Road in around 15 minutes and then it’s just a 2-minute walk to the venue. Taxis are also available. |

Parking is available in the Orange car park directly beneath the venue and costs £20 for up to 24 hours. Alternatively, parking is available at the Royal Victoria multi-story car park next to the Crowne Plaza Hotel at the same price, and at the East car park (this will not be in use for all events). |
